This Lokar case mount transmission dipstick is the best there is a for a race application where a long filler tube is not needed. Dipstick is is sealed with a rubber grommet and nut so no leaks and the dipstick portion is held in with the patented spring loaded ball check so there is no way the dipstick can pop out under pressure.
They're constructed from 6061 aluminum with a flexible inner dipstick measuring cable. Dipstick measure 3.00" and has an easy to read Low/Full mark. Buyer can loosen the screw and cut the cable and re-install to set the depth of the pick-up and make it read to their application on a Turbo 350, 400 or Powerglide type transmission.
