Oil capacity is five quarts, considered a wet sump design, 6.00" deep from pan rail surface to bottom of oil pan in the rear and 2.00" in the front, will clear a 4.250" stroke rod, has a swinging baffle door to keep oil around the oil pump during deceleration, dipstick provision is on the right hand side and oil pan includes a billet alum. oil filter mount adpt. that is O-ringed with 22mm x 1.5" threads to screw the oil filter to. Filter mount has a 1/4" NPT sensor provision. Pan is made from durable mig-welded steel that is zinc coated to prevent corrosion and has an ORB drain plug.
For a complete installation RBS can provide an oil pump pick up, windage tray, oil pan gasket, oil pan stud kit, oil filter or a dipstick at an additional cost. Stock windage tray will work with trimming but stock thread oil filter will not fit this oil pan.
