*** IN STOCK SHIPS TODAY *** RBS is aware of the tough demands of an oil filter on a blown race motor and that is why we have this cleanable oil filter. It is very easy to use as there is a hex to spin the top off, which is sealed by O-rings, pull the filter element out and clean in solvent or brake clean and your done put back together give the top a snug and your done. The beauty of having a filter such as this it is tuning tool that allows you to look for bearing material as well as a filtering device for your engines oil.
Filter housing is made from billet alum. with 1.50"-12 threads and filter is made from stainless steel wire screen. Filter is 4.25" in dia., 5.250" long, 75 micron and weights close to three pounds. 45 micron screen is good for up to 50 weight, 75 micron screen is good for 50 thru 70 weight engine oil.
Filter is sold for alcohol or nitromethane and racer can choose from pull down menu for proper O-ring selection.
