Used CNC master cylinder cover. Cover is 2.250" x 4.125", made from steel and is .140" thick. Attaches with six .250" bolts, 3/4" thread fill cap with sealing washer and a 1.00" hex.

Cover bolts are 1.685" on center front to rear and 1.375" on center side to side. Fill cap has a air vent hole.
