For the racer that is using the older design RCD mini snout blower pulleys with the three ring dowel provision on a new design RCD/PSI mini blower snout you will need to install three of these ring dowel sleeves into the blower pulley so the 5/16" bolts align and help center the blower pulley correctly.
Made from heat treated steel then black oxide coated ring dowel has a .315" hole x .495" long with an .407" O.D.
