What are my shipping options?
At RBS Superchargers we realize that a big concern for customers is the speed and affordability of shipping.
We ship using the following freight companies:
* U.P.S. (United Parcel Service)
* U.S.P.S. (post office - only in certain instances ex:FPO & APO, Hawaii etc)
* Truck Freight
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges for each item is indicated in each item's price list. The charges posted are for delivery in the continental 48 states. There is additional freight charges outside that area and for express shipments.
Where do we ship?
Most anywhere in the world, email info@rbssuperchargers.com to request special shipping information.
Outside Continental United States
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, Canada, and other countries will require an additional freight charges.
Tracking Number
We e-mail the tracking number along with the shipper name within 1-2 business days after the freight carrier picks up shipment. If available, we will also include the freight company home page address on the Internet so that you can track your shipment on its way to you.
Availability
We normally stock full inventory for every product shown on our website. However in rare cases, we may be sold out. In this case, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone to inform of delays, options, etc.

Order Cancellation Policy
A lot goes into processing an order. In many cases the items are large and require crating and/or special packing. If you cancel an order after **48 hours** you will be charged a cancellation fee which ranges up to 40% of the value of your order, or a minimum of $25.00. This also applies to orders cancelled do to refusals, damaged items, non-stock items...
Return Policy
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt for exchange, or a refund, excluding shipping charges. There is a restocking fee (ranging from 20% - 50%). You are responsible for freight to and from the shipping address. You must insure the package. Damaged Goods Policy
DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITH 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If you receive an item and it is damaged please contact us via email or telephone.
