These restraints are made to keep your Bug, Bird, or Buzzard Catcher strapped to the top of the blower in case of a blower or engine explosion. In many cases when you see pictures of a race car with a blower explosion you see the injector up in the air, well with this safety device that can be prohibited. This top restraint must be used with a Taylor restraint and please specify which type of injector when ordering and clip or bolt mount.
Clip type restraint simply hooks on the front lip of the injector and bolt type requires the racer to drill and tap a hole to mount the restraint to the injector housing. Clip mount can be seen in the second picture, bolt mount can be seen in the third picture.
RBS stocks a variety of these restraints but if not in stock can typically be built in a few days from the time of the order being placed.
