RBS carries a full supply of RCD idler bracket parts to make a racers idler bracket buying adventure a success. This kit includes: Billet alum. t-nut that has been black anodized and is machined for a 1" slot. T-nut has a provision for a jack screw bolt to allow a racer to run a jack screw on there idler bracket assm.
Steel or titanium stud that has been made from .750" bar stock and gun drilled to save weight. The stud uses 3/4-16 threads on both ends and the steel stud has been black oxide finished. Steel twelve point nut. Made from heat treated steel and black oxide finish. Uses a 15/16" wrench.
Outboard support standoff is made from billet alum. and uses a heat treated .500" stud with an alum. slide washer that fits over the outboard brace bracket and a heat treated steel 11/16" hex nut. Outboard slide washer is black anodized.
Outboard support stand off can be purchased to fit 75mm, 84mm or 104mm wide blower belt applications and the 75mm version there is a sportsman spool version versus the pro pistol grip version for a racer that is not pushing there application to the max.
Racer can choose width, stud material and aluminum or anodized pistol grip from drop down menu.
