The part is made from billet alum. and is precision machined to give the racer a lightweight yet very durable assm. Simple to install the racer will have to drill three holes to mount the air bleed on the injector housing and then a hole for the air to travel thru, put a wipe of your favorite sealant on the mounting flange, grab a 3/8" wrench and tighten down the three mounting bolts and you are done.
Overall length is about 1.625" to help get the knurled knob out where the crew chief can reach it and set the final idle rpm before sending there driver in to stage. The hole in the air bleed wide open is .875" x .375" that is adjustable in thousandths and can be closed all the way down if desired. Hole on the air bleed mounting to the injector is 1.125"
With this installed on the injector consistency will become your friend and round wins will become more common.
The racer must pick between natural alum. or black anodized alum. finish from the drop down menu when ordering.
