Gears are made from heat treated steel and are finish ground for complete concentricity. The gear set includes a single keyway crank gear set up for a BBC crank snout, an idler gear that has the outer race ground into it using a high speed roller needle bearing and a cam gear that uses a nine hole vernier to dial in cam timing. The cam hub uses a massive .625" or .500" hex shaft to drive the fuel or oil pump.
The gear drive includes a mounting hardware kit, thrust bearing and washers, as well as woodruff keys and a seal housing and seal that are designed to be used with a BBC crank hub or dampener.
This gear drive is set up to be used on a .391" raised cam Donovan, Rodeck, Dart or most other aftermarket blocks.
RBS can supply cam covers, fuel pump extensions and any other acc. you may need for the gear drive. The cam is raised .391" on the cam height.
