This oil pan has many great features incorporated into to it making it the perfect match for your liquid lake rocket!!!
Oil pan is 7.750" deep box design with 4.750" stroker clearance in the rail. Louvered windage tray keeps oil off the spinning crankshaft and is removable for easy cleaning of the oil pan during routine maintenance. There are also two trap doors in the bottom of the pan to keep the oil close to the pick up. Drain plug is -8 ORB threads in the rear of the pan and now for the best part of the oil pan, it comes equipped with billet alum. end rails to provide superior sealing and fitment.
Oil pan is Tig-welded, has a 1/4" NPT dipstick provision and uses the ten 5/16" bolt race pattern that most aftermarket engine blocks use. Oil pan is twelve inch wide across the front, tapers down to nine inch at the bottom and there is cutouts on the back for starter and oil filter clearance.
Oil pan fits BBC Gen 4 type engine blocks only with two piece rear main seals and 168 tooth flywheel combinations.
