Kit includes five main cap buttons that are easy to install in most all Gen 1 & 2 Hemi main caps. Made from heat-treated steel, 5/16-18" threads and a .500" hex to install and snug into the main cap. Distance from backside of hex that sits up against the cap to the top of the button is .600".
Slide hammer attachment is made from heat-treated steel with 5/16"-18 threads. Should work with any slide hammer that has 5/16-18" threads.
Once all five buttons are installed, slip the slide hammer over each button and let the main bearing checking experience take place with quickness and perfection.
