Block and front support bracket is made from .750" billet alum. with a 9.00" adjustment slot and 1.00" T-nut provision. Idler pulley stud is .750" gun drilled steel and outboard brace uses three .500" nuts to lock the idler pulley down on the support side. Front and rear plate have a 3/8"-24 jack screw provision that will allow the racer to get precise belt adjustment and with the three mounting points for the outboard support plate plus the idler pulley mount it keeps the idler pulley square to the bracket and offers the strongest way to mount the idler pulley over previous designs.
BAE or TFX mounting hardware kit is included and a single mag support spacer. Racer will still need to purchase jack screws, jack screw nuts and jack screw blocks to make complete.
Bracket is set up for 75 or 84mm idler pulleys. Idler pulley assm. is 2.450" diam. where the belt rides, 3.450" overall dia. and is 3.10" wide for 75mm or 3.400" wide for 84mm blower belts. This pulley is made from billet alum. and has been hard black anodized for wear resistance. This pulley uses high speed precision bearings and is set up to be used with a .750" bolt or stud and a 1" T-nut.
Fits all KB, Mopar, BAE, TFX, JP-1, Indy and most other alum. race 426 style Hemi engine blocks.
Finish is machined aluminum and bracket weights 8.0 pounds as seen in the pictures for 75mm and 8.5 pounds for 84mm assm.
